Gabe Coates, MBA, SCP

Gabe has over 20 years of administration and human resources expertise spanning the U.S. and Canada. He serves as NewRange’s Chief Compliance Officer and also leads our comprehensive HR, IT, and administrative management services. Gabe oversees strategic planning and execution, compliance and governance, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, and recruiting, as well as leadership development and performance programs. Before joining NewRange, Gabe held HR leadership and consultation positions with multiple mining companies, including Teck’s Base Metals ventures in the U.S. and Canada. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boise State University, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Corban University, and is a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management.
